Over one day and one night — twenty years apart — a Japanese-American family must confront the implications of their son’s drowning.

The story unfolds over a single shot, within a single room, overlooking a small bay on Lake Champlain.

The project was selected for the 2024 Stowe Story Labs Producers Lab. It is currently in the financing stage, with production expected to begin in Summer 2026.
